The Apartment: description

Casa Vincenzo is a bright, large and quiet apartment in Rome, located in the center of the city.

The apartment, at ground floor of a small two floors house, is 80 sqm large. It can accommodate a maximum of seven guests with one comfortable sofa-beds, two twin beds in the first bedroom, a queen size bed placed in the second bedroom and a twin bed in the studio. There is an inner court/garden reserved to our guest in which you can relax under the warm sun of Rome. There are two bathrooms, one having a bath and one having a shower. The apartment is fully furnished, including a fitted kitchen.

Casa Vincenzo has been carefully restored in 2003, maintaining the large windows, which have been doubled glazed for comfort.

The apartment is located in a quiet dead end street, without traffic and noise. This place offer a relaxing holiday, as opposite to the traffic and the noise of the historic centre. Perhaps the apartment is only 4 kilometres far from the historic centre, and you can easily reach it by bus or train in 10 minutes.

Our guests can park the car beside the green iron gate of the apartment (see the photo on the left). The iron gate access is reserved to our Guests.Thanks to the good location inside the public transportation network, our guests can easily visit the historic centre without having to worry themselves driving in the traffic of the historic center or searching for a park.

All needed shops and services are near the apartment and our guests can reach all them in a two minutes walk: typical restaurants, bar, café, bakery, pizzerias, internet point, phone centre, laundry, supermarket, post office, commercial centre and so on.

500 meters far from the apartment there is the nice Helena’s Mausoleum Park and the remains of Aqua Alexandrina.

Linen and towels (changed on a weekly basis), the use of fully equipped kitchens, all utilities (electricity, gas, heating and water), initial and final cleaning are included in prices.

You like an inner court in which to spent some relaxed moment or to have a launch or a dinner under del warm sun of Rome

You can plan some 1-day visit by train to other important Italian city (Naples, Florence…). Infact, from our apartment you can reach the train station of Rome in 10 minutes.

You are allergic to animal’s hair. Pets are not allowed, so you have the certainty that no pets are ever been in the apartment or in the garden.

Why to do not choose us

The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

The first bus to/from historic centre leaves at 5.00 and the last one leaves at 24.00. So if you plan to move between the apartment and the historic centre between midnight and 5 a.m. you should use a car or a taxi.

You don’t like to use public transportation or car to reach the historic centre and you only like to walk. Perhaps you should consider that the historic centre of Rome is quite large and the most important monuments of the city (Vatican, Coliseum, Trevi’s Fountain…) are far one from the other. If you rent an apartment in the historic centre, you always have to take some buses or underground to visit all the most important monuments.

You cannot bring your pets with you; pets are not allowed.
