Delivery within the UAE

Free next-day delivery across the UAE on every order, with no minimum spend.

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day wherever possible. Delivery runs Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday or over the weekend goes out on the next working day.

Every order is insured in transit and you receive tracking details by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery outside the UAE

We deliver outside the UAE by arrangement. Email support@casavincenzo.com with your location and the pieces you want and we will come back to you with timing and cost.

Delays

Occasionally a delivery runs late because of public holidays, courier disruption or a busy sale period. We will tell you if that happens to your order.

If something arrives damaged

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 100 5469 within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we replace the piece. Full details are on our Return and refund policy page.
