Frequently Asked Questions
The set includes a black crystal mabkhara with a removable gold-tone metal mesh insert and a matching lidded crystal vessel for storing oud, presented in Casa Vincenzo signature packaging.
Oud Nero is intended for oud chips and bakhoor. Keep hot charcoal away from direct contact with the crystal and follow the product's usage instructions.
Both pieces combine matte and glossy black finishes. Matte facets define the geometric details, while the glossy sections reflect the surrounding light.
The matching lidded vessel keeps your oud together between uses. Its rounded form repeats the mabkhara's petal-like details and contrasting black finishes.
Allow the mabkhara and mesh insert to cool completely before handling or cleaning. Remove any cooled residue from the insert, then dust the crystal gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Complimentary returns are available within seven days of delivery. Please keep all components unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.
